In 2010, I broke out into a severe rash that would keep erupting every few days.  4 years later, after a ton of medication and expensive skincare products, I found no relief.  In 2014 my daughter, barely 7 years then also started reacting to just about anything that went on her skin.  This finally put to rest the often-debated topic ‘Who has she gone on – father or mother?’                                                                                                                                                                    
I started studying ingredient labels and discovered plenty of toxic, nasty stuff in skincare products to which our sensitive skin would react.  My kitchen became a mini-laboratory where I started creating skincare products for personal use, experimenting with ingredients on weekends.  Cleaner, home created products suited our skin, and we rarely had any skin issues.                                                                                                                      
In 2020, after 6 years of being a kitchen scientist, Rebeaut was born when I realized

• Many of us sensitive skin folks struggle to find suitable products in the market
• Many more do not even know they have sensitive skin because they don’t know what to look for
• Too much misinformation and bad advice about skincare products, ingredients and skin type
